Malavika Wales is a South Indian actress, dancer, and TV presenter from Thrissur who works in Malayalam and Tamil film industries. She was born on 5 June 1992 in Thrissur, Kerala, India, to Malayali parents, late PG Wales and Sudhina Wales. She has an elder brother named Mithun Wales. Malavika studied at Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School, Thrissur, and completed her graduation BA in English literature at the IGNOU.
She also holds a diploma in acting from Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares, Mumbai. Malavika is a classical dancer trained in Mohiniyattam, Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. At the age of 17, she participated in the Miss Kerala 2009 pageant and was adjudged ‘Miss Beautiful Eyes.’ In 2010, She made her acting debut through the Malayalam film Malarvaadi Arts Club, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. She made her Tamil film debut in Enna Satham Indha Neram in 2014, and her television debut is the Malayalam serial Ponnambili which aired on Mazhavil Manorama.
